1. Partner intake moves straight into the workflow.
Partners send patient intake from their funnel, CRM, or custom form into the Boomer Health API. Our system structures the chart, verifies required clinical and identity data, and routes the case to an independently licensed provider for review, prescribing, and signature. From there, the pharmacy receives the prescription with the supporting details needed to keep clarification loops near zero.
2. Independent providers review the chart.
The structured chart enters the Provider Queue. A nationwide network of independently licensed MDs and DOs — contracted through the platform — review the intake asynchronously, message the patient if necessary, and approve the treatment plan.
Inside the Clinical Engine.
Three portals, one platform. Providers get clinical queue, chart review, and prescription workflow tools. Partners get a branded analytics dashboard tracking their patient cohort, scripts, and fulfillment status. Patients get a clean, white-labeled portal for intake, messaging, and visit history—all under your brand.
3. Scripts route to the pharmacy.
Once the doctor hits ‘Sign’, the prescription is queued for the configured pharmacy workflow. Non-controlled prescriptions can move into fulfillment once the partner's pharmacy path is verified; controlled substances stay gated until Surescripts EPCS, MFA e-signing, DEA eligibility, and live vendor verification are complete.
